Enhance Your Chip Shop Menus

Enhance Your Chip Shop Menus
by Jonny Vee

If you are going to have a menu successfully designed for your Chip Shop, then you need to be more than aware of the fact that you will need to use nothing but high quality imagery throughout your design. The use of poor quality images are an all too common occurrence in the industry, which leads to customers being put off from ordering from an establishment on that basis alone.
Once you have your layout and imagery correct throughout your menu, the next factor that you will need to consider is how to really tempt, or how to really convince a customer into ordering a meal from you. There are different ways in which this can be done, but one of the more successful is to incorporate some form of discount or promotions. Here are two of the more popular.
One of the more widely used methods of promotions within the menu, regardless of the size or how established a venue is, are "Meal Deals". These are usually bundles of food, comprised together and then offered at a discounted rate. In many cases these will be logical, generally comprising of a main meal, along with a side order, finished off with a beverage.
One of the other popular methods of discounting is to offer rates for students and even for old age pensioners. In many towns and cities, there will be a large population of both, which means that in theory many of your customers will fall under these categories. With this in mind it would make sense to try and attract them to your business instead of your rivals, a discount could help do that.
